We’ve created three ways to get support depending on what’s feels like a good fit for you. Mix and match as you see fit.

Community Support

Get professional support Mon – Fri inside the Home Design Vault Facebook Group. If you create a post in the Home Design Vault group with your design inspiration, mood board and what you’re working with, we’ll create a scheme for you as part of the weekly interior design scheme drops.

Please note: ALL posts go to Admin Approval so don’t panic, it just avoids a post sitting unanswered until we have time to schedule an solution and promotes activity with the group and algorithm. We aim to reply within a 48 hour window during the week, normally it’s much quicker, just depends on complexity of the dilemma and how much design time we need to schedule. 

Private Support

Got a technical/sourcing/design question or want us to look at your dilemmas but want to do this in private? I know it can sometimes be daunting sharing your ideas inside a group. We’ve got you!

Design Sessions

We understand sometimes you need a little more support than a question or maybe you just want someone to do it for you. 

We’ve created Design Sessions, get me + the team in on your dilemma in an hour long design session, perfectly tailored to your design or renovation needs.

From product knowledge, suitability, supply or sourcing. Trade or professional specific questions from my book of contacts. 

Just want to get a second opinion or need a shoulder to cry on, I’ve got you! 

Monday to Friday during working hours. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours, but as soon as we can design time permitting.
