Payments – All Payments Received are to be in GBP (Great British Pound)
All payments are in GBP and are non-refundable.
Invoices for any of Natalie Gisborne programs or templates are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing hello@nataliegisborne.com
Please note that programs or templates (the Ultimate Home Design Toolkit, Renovation Roadmap, HomeEnvy Bootcamp, HomeEnvy Pro, Renovation Rockstars) are one-off payments and not recurring monthly subscriptions.
Membership to our programs or templates (with the exception of HomeEnvy Hub + Home Design Vault) is for a one-time fee as stated on the website signup page. We also offer prorated payment plans. By signing up you are agreeing to make each recurring payment on time. We have the right to seek collection for any unpaid membership fees. Your membership and access to all areas and content, will be suspended or cancelled if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date.

Membership to the HomeEnvy Hub + Home Design Vault is for a monthly fee as stated on the website signup page. By signing up you are agreeing to make each recurring payment on time. We have the right to seek collection for any unpaid membership fees. Should you wish to cancel your membership, please do so within 48 hours of your monthly renewal date to allow us enough time to process the request.
